Terms of Agreement

1. The Service

Walk and Talk provides one-hour, in-person consulting and brainstorming sessions at Northshore Park in The Woodlands, Texas.

2. Confidentiality & The "Old Friends" Rule

• Provider Commitment: The Provider agrees to absolute discretion. No details of your identity, business strategy, or session content will ever be shared, sold, tracked, or used for marketing or social media.

• The "Old Friends" Alibi: Because sessions take place in a public park, both parties agree that if they encounter an acquaintance, they will act as friends or colleagues catching up. No sensitive business details or corporate jargon will be spoken in front of third parties.

3. Device Policy

To maintain a secure space and prevent digital tracking, both the Client and the Provider agree to silence all mobile devices and put them away for the duration of the one-hour session. Digital recording or location sharing during the session is strictly prohibited.

4. Zero Digital Paper Trail

The Provider does not maintain digital databases, client files, or notes of your conversations. Any written takeaways are your sole responsibility to record after the session concludes.

5. Cancellations & Weather

Because sessions take place outdoors, they are subject to weather conditions. In the event of severe weather, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost to the Client. Client-initiated cancellations must be made at least [Insert Time, e.g., 24 or 48 hours] in advance to be eligible for a reschedule or refund.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
